Content

Effective Personal Productivity® group coaching is conducted as an open group and entirely online, so you can participate from wherever you are – whether it’s from your office or the comfort of your home.

Throughout the goal-oriented development process, you’ll enhance your organizational, planning, and communication skills, leading to improvements in both your and your team’s performance.

The structure of the coaching program:

  • Initial interview with the participant
  • Kickoff and personal goal setting
  • 6 group coaching sessions
  • Mid-term seminar
  • Closing seminar
  • Measurement of the impact of the program throughout and at the end of the process
  • Opportunity for discussions with your Leadership developer throughout the entire process
  • Access to personalized unique material

Themes

In this coaching process, you will gain access to materials that reshape your everyday habits: theory, an audiobook, self-assessments, and tools, along with an action plan framework. With the plan you create, you can turn your goals into concrete actions that you’ll integrate into your daily routine step by step.

The material consists of six components:

  1. The nature of productivity
  2. Productivity through goals achievement
  3. Increasing productivity through managing priorities
  4. Improving productivity through communication
  5. Empowering the team for peak performance
  6. Increasing productivity of the team

You will pause to reflect on the essentials and identify your most important goals. You learn to plan and implement the path to achieving them wisely.

The material can be accessed and worked on in a browser-based program and listened to via a mobile app, allowing you to work on them at your convenience: during a walk, while driving, or during downtime.

During coaching sessions held in an MS Teams environment, we’ll discuss the thoughts and insights from each theme and how you can practically apply what you’ve learned. You’ll set both big and small concrete goals and work to achieve them. Just learning new information won’t change anything; only by changing your habits have you truly achieved something.
