At LMI Finland, we are proud to share the transformative outcomes of our Effective Personal Leadership program conducted by our leadership developer Ludger Marekwia for the talented leaders at Mapvision Ltd., an international company based in Helsinki.

Over the past year, Ludger had the privilege of guiding Mika Salonen, Ernest Arendarenko, Juhomatti Männistö, and Antti Koskinen through this leadership journey, focusing on personal and professional development, equipping them with essential skills to navigate an increasingly complex business landscape.
